GENERAL POLICIES

1. Deadline for abstract submission is December 5th 2011
2. Each person is allowed to submit a maximum of two abstracts as presenting author: one oral presentation and one poster or, alternatively, two posters. There is no limit to the number of abstracts submitted as co-author. Each abstract must be max 1900 characters long including spaces.
3. Presenting authors will be notified whether their abstracts are accepted by January 9th 2012.
4. Further details on the schedule and instructions for oral and poster presentations will be sent to the presenting authors later.
5. Authors, whose abstracts have been accepted, must register for the Congress and pay the registration fee by January 16th 2012. Failure to do so will result in exclusion from the programme and the Abstract edition.
6. Abstracts can only be submitted using the on-line form.

Poster awards

Three posters will be awarded each with a free registration to the next ISGE Congress including a free accommodation for one person (overnight stay in a 3 stars hotel, twin accommodation). The awards will be given during the Closing Ceremony on Sunday March 11th.

Under 34 competition

Participants must be under the age of 34 by March 8th 2012 and can submit a maximum of 2 abstracts as first author on any of the Congress’ topics by November 21st, 2011 using the online form and checking the apposite box. The first authors of the accepted abstracts will pay the registration to the Congress €180 (instead of €550).

The volume “Gynecological Endocrinology 2012”

A volume of proceedings of the 15th World Congress on Gynecological Endocrionology will be published by CIC Edizioni Internazionali with the title “Gynecological Endocrinology 2012”.

Submit full text of your accepted abstract for the volume

If one of more of your abstracts will be accepted you will be contacted by CIC Edizioni Internazionali, the Publishing House that will produce the volume.
In order to be published a small pubblication fee will be requested; to upload your contribute, you will be requested to access a specific submission area and follow step by step the submission process.

All the authors will have the possibility to buy one copy of the volume at discount of €50 instead of €80. For further details, please contact our Managing Office:
